14. How long before my domain name is
active?
Once the InterNIC announces that your domain name has been
registered (or transferred, if applicable), it usually takes
anywhere from 24-72 hours before it is visible to all users of
the Internet. All Internet providers must update their records
(DNS tables) to reflect new site locations.
15. How long does it take to set up
a new account?
Accounts are usually setup and active within a few hours of
contacting us. When the account is set up, an activation notice
will be sent to you via e-mail including a user ID, password,
and uploading instructions. If your domain name is registered or
transferred on the same day of signup, upon request, we
can give you a temporary URL to access your site via the
Web prior to the completion of either their domain registration
or transfer.
16. How long does a registration last? Can
it be renewed?
You can choose to pay for your domain name for 1 year at a
time or for up to ten years.

names to the same website. This means if you type in
www.domain1.com and www.domain2.com you will end up on the same
page.

20. Do you support Microsoft FrontPage?
Yes, we are a fully authorized Microsoft Web Presence
Provider (WPP) and support Microsoft FrontPage 2002, 2000 and 98
server extensions.
We will even help and give you tips for certain FrontPage
functions, although for major questions we ask that you call
Microsoft FrontPage support at (905) 849 5082, as they offer

21. Do you offer dial-up Internet access?
No, you will need local Internet access in order to access
the internet and to retrieve e-mail addressed to your site.
Providing a specialized service means that we do not have
hundreds of modems to take care of enabling us to devote more

web site hosting to guarantee a high level of performance at a
